Overview

This website is operated by J.G Glover & Co Limited and traded as Peregrine. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Peregrine. 

By entering the Peregrine website you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of use. A placement of an order online indicates your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Our website is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. 

General Online Store Terms

You’ll receive an order confirmation shortly after payment is taken. This is to indicate that we have received your order - but does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We’ve included this term in case a mistake has been made with pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we’re no longer able to supply a particular product. In the unlikely event of a price change, we will always contact you first to check you’re happy to proceed.

You will own your goods once they have been delivered to the address specified and when we have received cleared payment for the goods in full. Until that time then we will retain title to the goods. We will contact you if there are any problems.

We try to ensure the pictures of the goods on our website are accurate. However, there may be slight variations in colour and texture between the pictures and the goods themselves.

However, we are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

2. Personal Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. 

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here.

Third Party Links & Tools

Certain content, products and Services available via our Website may include materials from third-parties. We will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or Services of third-parties.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. 

Pricing & Payment

We offer payment on our website in GBP, USD, CAD & EURO. As a small business, in order to protect our margins and to continue offering free delivery worldwide over a threshold and duties paid for some countries, we have a fixed exchange rate for each currency that we review every season, so there is some difference in pricing against GBP.

If you’re shopping outside of the UK and your local currency is not specified on our country selector, payment will be taken in USD. However, if you pay using PayPal you can pay by your local currency. 

All prices listed on peregrineclothing.co.uk are correct at the time of entering the information, but we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Shop Pay, Union Pay, Bancontact, IDEAL and PayPal.

We accept payment by Klarna for customers with a UK Billing Address. Sadly we cannot accept payment by Klarna for addresses outside the UK due to limitations on our website. 

We’ll take payment as soon as you place your order. If one or more of the products are out of stock, we’ll contact you within 5 working days to resolve.

Credit Card Security

Your privacy is important to us. No credit or debit card details are stored by us when you shop through our site. All payments are securely processed by Shopify payments, PayPal or Klarna.

Store Credit

We are now offering store credit with a 10% bonus for customers who opt for a refund via a Gift Card, which can be used on our website to purchase a new item altogether. A digital Gift Card will be sent to you via email within 15 working days of Peregrine receiving your return parcel. We are also wavering the return fee for opting for this option of payment refund.
The Store Credit is valid for 12 months.

Peregrine Gift Vouchers

Our electronic gift vouchers are valid for two years from the date of purchase. Our electronic gift vouchers can be purchased online only. Each voucher has a unique code and can only be redeemed against purchases online at peregrineclothing.co.uk.

If the value of your gift voucher is less than the amount of your total purchase, the difference must be paid by an additional payment method. If the value of your gift voucher is greater than the amount of your total purchase, you will be able to use the remaining gift voucher balance for future purchases, subject to these terms and conditions.

The balance cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional Peregrine gift vouchers. Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.

Discount codes cannot be used against Gift Voucher purchases.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Please find the terms and conditions of our current promotions below. All of our promotions are only valid online unless otherwise stated. Peregrine has the right to withdraw any of our promotions or discount codes at any time.

Seasonal Sale: During a sale period no other offers or promotion codes may be used on already discounted products. Any changes to our pricing cannot be retrospectively honoured on past orders. 

Next day shipping services may be unavailable during our sale periods due to the high volume of orders being processed. You may experience slight delays in shipping times for online orders.

Free UK shipping promotion on orders over £150: Free shipping will be applicable for any order over £150 with a UK delivery address.

Free EU shipping promotion on orders over €200: Free shipping will be applicable for any order over €200 to addresses in the EU. Delivery will be between 3-11 working days.

Free USA shipping promotion on orders over $250: Free shipping will be applicable for any order over $250 to addresses in the United States of America. Delivery will be between 3-17 working days.

Free RoW shipping promotion on orders over $250 (USD): Free shipping will be applicable for any order over $250 (USD) to addresses outside of the UK, EU & United States. Delivery will be between 3-17 working days.

10% off Welcome Code: The welcome offer is for customers who newly sign up to receive our newsletter and excludes customers who have already opted in to receiving emails from Peregrine. To redeem the Offer simply use the promotion code as listed on your email in your shopping basket online. The Offer cannot be used on any sale or reduced items, or in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, and is not valid for gift card purchases. Peregrine has the right to withdraw the promotion at any time.

FLASH FRIDAY: On the last Friday of each month, we are offering 50% off 1 colourway of a product in our collection. Offer only applicable to the 1 colourway of the product that is in the offer, not any other colourways of the product. Offer valid for a 24 hour period only. Simply enter the discount code FLASHFRIDAY at checkout and 50% will be taken off the price of the applicable product in your basket. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts. Whilst stocks last. We regret that we cannot honor the discount after the offer has expired. Refunds will be processed as normal if any returns of the items in the offer are made. Peregrine has the right to withdraw the promotion at any time.

Issues with Peregrine Product ordered from our Wholesale Partners

If you have purchased any Peregrine goods from any of our Wholesale partners globally and not through the Peregrine website and have any queries regarding the product, please get in touch with the company where you made the purchase. If required, they will get in touch with our wholesale team at Peregrine to resolve.

This stock is no longer under the ownership of Peregrine and therefore is not responsible for resolving issues related to it.

Peregrine has partnered with Birl to offer our customers instant site credit when you trade-in Peregrine garments that you no longer use.
