Please note we do not dispatch orders over the weekend.
United Kingdom
UK orders are shipped with both Royal Mail, Relay & DHL, depending on the delivery service you pick.

• Next business day delivery | DHL | £7.99 (Orders must be placed before 1pm noon).

Europe
Orders for delivery to European addresses are shipped with UPS Standard.
• Shipping to Europe | 3-11 business days | €12.99 (Free on orders over €200)
Peregrine covers any duties or customs that may incur on your order.
United States of America & Canada
Orders for delivery to the United States of America and Canada are shipped with UPS.
• Shipping to USA & Canada | 3-11 business days | $20.00 (Free on orders over $250)
Peregrine covers any duties or customs that may incur on your order for the USA. Any duties or customs that may incur on orders to Canada are the responsibility of the customer.
International
International orders are shipped with UPS.
• Shipping to rest of the world | 3-17 business days | £30.00 (Free on orders over $250)
Any duties or taxes that may incur on your order are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
Import duties, custom fees and additional charges
Peregrine covers any duties or customs that may incur on your order for deliveries in the EU & USA only.
Local customs practices may require you to provide additional information to clear your order. These rules vary by country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
Our Returns Policy
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned within 21 days of your order date. It must be in its original packaging, have the swing tag and barcode attached and be in excellent condition. This means it must be in the same state we sent it to you in. It must not smell of perfume, pets or smoke, or have any marks from deodorant.
In the unlikely event that the product is faulty or damaged, we will refund the return delivery charge. Unfortunately, if the product is simply unwanted, then we cannot cover the cost of return postage. £3.50 will be deducted from your refund for UK customers when the returns label is created. This is to cover the cost of your return shipping. You will be notified of this on our returns portal.
We now offer returns via InPost for UK customers.
For international customers, the deducted amount from the refund varies per region:
- Europe - £15
- United States, Canada, Mexico - £25
- ROW - £35
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer returns for customers located in China & Taiwan.
We do not accept returns of Garment Care items, Wool Blankets or Gloves for hygiene reasons.

Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We will aim to inspect your parcel at our Warehouse within 14 working days of receiving the returned goods. During busier periods, this may take up to 21 working days.
If you are approved, then a refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Store Credit (with 10% bonus)
We are now offering store credit with a 10% bonus for customers who opt for a refund via a Gift Card, which can be used on our website to purchase a new item altogether. A digital Gift Card will be sent to you via email within 14 working days of Peregrine receiving your return parcel. We are also wavering the return fee for opting for this option of payment refund.
The Store Credit is valid for 12 months.
Choose Shop Later as your return method in the Returns Portal.

Our Exchange Policy
We are happy to offer exchanges for a new colour or size from your original order. Simply go to our Returns Portal as normal and follow the steps to 'Change Colour' or 'Change Size'.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned within 30 days of your order date. It must be in its original packaging, have the swing tag and barcode attached and be in excellent condition. This means it must be in the same state we sent it to you in. It must not smell of perfume, pets or smoke, or have any marks from deodorant.
We do not deduct any return fees if you choose to return your exchanged item.
Your exchange order will be shipped out upon receipt of your original order.
Please note it can take up to 5 working days for our Warehouse team to process an exchange.
We regret that we currently do not accept exchanges for customers outside the UK.
Issues with Product ordered from our Wholesale Partners
If you have purchased any Peregrine goods from any of our Wholesale partners globally and not through the Peregrine website and have any queries regarding the product, please get in touch with the company where you made the purchase. If required, they will get in touch with our wholesale team at Peregrine to resolve.

Klarna was founded in 2005 in Stockholm, Sweden with the aim of making it easier for people to shop online. Klarna offers direct payments, pay after delivery options and instalment plans in a one-click purchase experience that lets consumers pay when and how they prefer to. Over 90 million consumers worldwide have trusted Klarna to securely handle their payments.
Although Klarna is widely promoted, it is not always universally available and we can currently only offer it as a payment option to customers with a UK billing address on our website. Klarna is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of factors including order amount, the online store, previous order history and item availability. Alternatively, you are able to complete your order by paying by credit or debit card or PayPal at the checkout.
As soon as we have processed your return, Klarna will cancel the statement or refund your payment. If you have returned your order and have a payment due soon, you can log your return using the Klarna App, which will freeze your next payment. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app or in your Klarna account.
We are also able to offer exchanges on UK orders paid for by Klarna.
Klarna may run a soft credit search that does not affect credit scoring and is only visible to you and Klarna, but not visible to other lenders. Neither Klarna or Peregrine run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating.
