Christmas Returns:

• Any orders placed after November 21st 2025 can be returned up to January 5th 2026.
• We will accept any exchanges and store credit for orders placed from the 21st November up to Friday 9th January 2026. 

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 21 days of the order date, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and in excellent condition, free from any smells or marks. Faulty or damaged products will have their return delivery charge refunded, but unwanted items will not. A certain amount will be deducted upon return:

• UK£3
• Europe£15
• United States, Canada, Mexico £25
• Rest of the world £35

Upon receiving and inspecting the return, an email will be sent to notify approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed within up to 21 days. Customers can also opt for a store credit with a 10% bonus, delivered via a digital Gift Card within 15 working days, with no return fee. Returns are not accepted for Garment Care items or in China & Taiwan.
