For added peace of mind this Christmas we are offering an extended returns policy. All items purchased between 23/11/2018 and 25/12/2018 are valid for an exchange or refund until 15/01/2019. Time for some Christmas shopping!

Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our e-commerce store, add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
Payment is taken once the order is placed and in the event of a product being out of stock you will be contact with 24 working hours. You may order from Peregrine Clothing over the phone, simply call the showroom on 0117 973 9645 to speak to one of our team and place an order.
If you are shopping outside of the U.K and your local currency is not the Great British Pound simply fill out your card details or login to your Paypal and your transaction will automatically be converted to the correct currency for you.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Your Credit/Debit card method of payment is important to us at Peregrine Clothing particularly the protection of information supplied. That is why we use Stripe for our secure 128-bit encrypted payment area. We can assure you that no card details are held or maintained at our premises when you shop using our online shopping basket.

Europe Courier: DPD Shipment Type: Expresspak (signed for), Delivery Time: 3-5 working days (with text & email notification)
International Courier: DPD Shipment Type: Air Express (signed for) Delivery Time: 3-7 Business days (with text & email notification)
You have 28 days to return a product to us, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition** for a full refund. Where a product is faulty or damaged, we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted. Please note, all refunds are at the original pounds sterling price so we do not accept responsibility for any loss that may occur due to fluctuating foreign exchange rates. This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty goods or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulation which can be found here. **Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, make-up or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation and with the swing tag attached.
