Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payment is taken once the order is taken and in the event of a product being out of stock you will be contact with 24 working hours. You may send your credit card information via phone, or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

That is why we use HSBC for our secure 128-bit encrypted payment area. We can assure you that no card details are held or maintained at our premises when you shop using our online shopping basket.

If your item is not in stock, we will contact you with an alternative option. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
You have 14 days to return a product to us, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition** for a full refund. Where a product is faulty or damaged, we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted. Please note all refunds are at the original pounds sterling price so we do not accept responsibility for any loss that may occur due to fluctuating foreign exchange rates. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
